Kyiv – Svitlana Musienko, Partner and Head of Tax with DLA Piper Ukraine, and her tax team recently contributed an article to the Euromoney's Corporate Tax Handbook 2012 on corporate taxation in Ukraine.

The article gets in detail regarding beneficial ownership, business purpose test and other anti-avoidance measures according to the Ukrainian Tax Code. As the Tax Code is in force only since 2011, the article analyses many of the Code's new rules which are of interest to international business operating in Ukraine.

Euromoney’s Corporate Tax Handbook is the leading resource for tax planners, accountants and lawyers and addresses the latest tax planning opportunities, legislative changes in a country-by-country format and other crucial issues in the world of corporate taxation. Euromoney itself is a well-known international information resource (to learn more please visit www.euromoney.com).

Svitlana is a regular contributor to the local and international tax-related publications. She is also a member of the board of International Fiscal Association (IFA, Ukrainian branch) and a frequent speaker at IFA conferences.
