DLA Piper explains M&A law peculiarities in Ukraine in Getting The Deal Through

Kyiv – Ukrainian team of DLA Piper, a global law firm with local expertise, recently contributed to the newly released M&A Handbook of the famous Getting the Deal Through series, published by Law Business Research Ltd.
The chapter co-authored by the corporate team Legal Director Galyna Zagorodniukand Dmytro Tkachenko, Associate provides complete insight of the M&A procedure used in Ukraine as well as informs on recent changes in applicable legislation.
