DLA PIPER SUPPORTED TRADE FINANCE CONFERENCE IN UKRAINE

DLA Piper partnered the Worldwide Expert Trade Finance conference in Kyiv on 30 September and 1 October 2014 together with Oschadbank and Ukreximbank.

James Willcock, Senior Associate and a member of DLA Piper global trade finance team, spoke during the session devoted to the practical aspects of development and case studies of trade finance activity in Ukraine. James made a valuable input to the session speaking about structures, instruments and recent trends in mitigating legal risk in challenging markets.
