DLA Piper recently announced that Olga Liabakh joined the company as a Senior Associate in the Litigation and Arbitration practice in the Kyiv office.

Olga Vorozhbyt, Partner and Head of practice, commented on the appointment: ‘Olga is an experienced lawyer in matters of dispute resolution in Ukraine and abroad, and has extensive experience in projects with investment protection, retrieval of assets in different jurisdictions, mediation corporate conflicts and financial restructuring and bankruptcy. We welcome Olga to our team and believe that her 15 years' of experience will become a valuable asset for the further strengthening of the practice’.

Prior to joining DLA Piper, Olga worked as the Legal Department's Deputy Director at UniCredit Bank Ukraine, where she managed the bank's activity on resolving disputes. Previously to joining UniCredit, Olga held various positions in the banking and public institutions.

At DLA Piper Olga will specialize in resolving disputes in court and arbitration proceedings, mediation corporate conflicts, international search assets and deal with internal investigations, including cases of various financial frauds.
