Donor Runs Philly Marathon for UCU
Ukrainian Catholic Education Foundation, Kyiv, Ukraine, Wednesday, December 05, 2012
Anna Shpook-Nikitin ran the Philadelphia Marathon on Sunday November 18 for the Ukrainian Catholic University (UCU) and in memory of her grandfather Bogdan Shpook, who passed away the day before the race. She finished the race in 3:40:06 (five minutes short of the Boston qualification).
“I’m thankful to all the friends and family who supported me throughout that experience,” she said.
