Draft parliamentary coalition agreement states that electronic VAT accounts should be cancelled

Notwithstanding the clear intentof the tax authorities to proceed with the "electronic VAT accounts"system in administration 2015, it appears that the newly elected parliamentarycoalition plans to repeal this law. This is stated in the working version ofthe coalition agreement made public on 14 November 2014.
The available version of the agreement is not final. It is expected thatmembers of the new parliamentary coalition will agree on the final version inthe nearest future.
We will continue to monitor the situation and keep you updated on the issue.
