EgorovPuginsky Afanasiev & Partners Ukraine sponsors Kyiv-Mohyla Law SchoolTeam’s participation in the final rounds of Willem C. Vis InternationalCommercial Arbitration Moot, which will be held on April 10-17, 2014 in Vienna.

For theninth consecutive year Kyiv-Mohyla Law School represents the high level ofprofessional training through competing on the international level in the Moot,submitting written memoranda and pleading in the oral hearings. Participationin this competition gives the team a valuable experience in the area ofapplication of international private law, dispute resolution, public speakingand networking.

TheWillem C. Vis International Commercial Arbitration Moot is one of the mostprestigious international moot courtcompetitions for law students in the world. Since 1994, it has been heldannually in Vienna, Austria attracting more than 300 lawschools from all around the world and spurring the creation of more than twentypre-moots each year before the actual rounds are held in Vienna. The object ofthe Vis Arbitral Moot is to foster study in the areas of international commercialand arbitration laws and encourage the resolution of business disputes by arbitration.

In2014, EPAP Ukraine has also sponsored participation of the law students fromInstitute of International Relations at Taras Shevchenko National University ofKyiv in the International Rounds of the 2014 Philip C. Jessup International LawMoot Court Competition.
