EPAP Ukraine has been recognized among the country’s top law firms across ALL practice areas researched for Ukraine in the newly released The Legal 500 EMEA 2017.

EPAP Ukraine is top ranked in four practice areas – Dispute Resolution, Energy, IP and Tax. 

The firm receives high rankings for Banking & Finance and Capital Markets, Corporate and M&A, Real Estate & Construction.

Four lawyers are recognized as “Leading Individuals” in their fields, one as “Next Generation Lawyer” with ten lawyers receiving individual recommendations.

Considering EPAP Ukraine as “one of top firms in Ukraine”, the Guide acknowledges Banking & Finance and Capital Markets Practice, led by “an excellent lawyer” Roman Stepanenko, and recommends Kateryna Oliynyk.

Corporate & M&A team, which “knows how to get deals done”, is named among leaders. Oksana Ilchenko and Ilona Zekely are acknowledged as “Leading Individuals”. The Guide also spotlights Oleg Boichuk, with Oksana Franko noted in “Next Generation Lawyers” category.

Dispute Resolution team is ranked in Tier 1. The Legal 500 names Serhii Sviriba among “Leading Individuals”; and recognizes “smart” Markiyan Kliuchkovskyi. Sources appreciate “proactive and strategic” Gleb Bialyi and “confident and hardworking” Arsen Miliutin. Sergiy Grebenyuk is also individually acknowledged.

Energy Practice gains Tier 1 ranking for providing “excellent service”. The Guide distinguishes Roman Stepanenko among “Leading Individuals” and recommends Markiyan Kliuchkovskyi.

Intellectual Property team, which “works diligently to solve problems”, is top rated among the prominent advisors. Taras Kyslyy is recommended as “a creative litigator”.

The Legal 500 commends Real Estate team as “a reliable adviser”, highlighting Oleg Boichuk.

Finally, this year Tax team receives Tier 1 ranking. The Guide acknowledges Oleksandr Maydanyk for “advisory work”, and “litigator” Arsen Miliutin who “shows great skill and experience”.
