KYIV, 23 JULY 2018. EY Ukraine advised Atlantic Agro Holding ApS on financial matters in the course of its sale of a crop-farming and feed mill business in Ukraine. EY Ukraine acted as a sell-side advisor representing interests of American and Danish selling shareholders in the deal. Large Ukrainian agriculture Group of Companies “ERIDON” acted as the buyer.

EY Ukraine professionals were involved in providing transaction advisory services including value analysis, searching for the most competitive potential buyer, support during negotiations and signing the agreement. 

“This is the forth deal in a row on sale of agricultural assets that we have closed in the period of July 2017 – July 2018, with combined value of assets sold amounting to 97.5 million USD.  Once again, it strengthens EY’s dominant position as an M&A advisory house in Ukraine. Three previous deals include: the sale of a crop raising business in Ukraine of Farm Invest Corporation to large Ukrainian agriholding Lebedyn Seed Plant (Agricultural Limited Liability Company “LNZ-AGRO”), the sale of “Agro Invest Ukraine” (a part of Serbian MK Group) to one of subsidiaries of Kernel and the sale of “Obolon Agro” to “Agroholding 2012” (belongs to “Epicentr” building hypermarket network owners).
