On 9 August 2013, the Order of the Ministry of Justice No.1466/5 as of 22 July 2013 on Improvements of Personal Data Protection Laws came into force. In particular, the Order:

• Specified some technical aspects of the Model Procedure on Personal Data Processing;
• Excluded the status of Certificate on State Registration of Personal Database as strictly accountable document;
• Amended the form of Application on Registration and Application on Amendments to the State Register of Personal Databases.

In particular, till 1 January 2014, all Applications on Personal Database Registration shall contain additional information on composition of processed personal data; third parties to whom personal data is transferred and information of cross-border transfer of such personal data.
