On 5 November 2013 Lana Sinichkina, Headof Food & Drinks Practice and Partner at Arzinger, was re-elected Co-Chairof the Food & Beverage Committee at the American Chamber of Commerce (ACC).

Lana Sinichkina is a recognized expertfor food and beverage industry, author of many publications and heads a bigteam of lawyers that provides legal support to big internationalcompanies.  Her expertise and experience in liaison with publicauthorities will help the ACC to coordinate the efforts of tis members in orderto improve the regulation in the food and beverage industry in Ukraine and tofacilitate the harmonization of the Ukrainian legislation with EU laws.

As Co-Chair of the Committee Lana plansto direct the efforts of the Committee to the development of the food andbeverage industry in Ukraine through regulation of issues related to foodproduct labelling and safety, antitrust legislation (namely, advertising), aswell as customs and pricing issues.
