Law Firms Avellum Partners and FreshfieldsBruckhaus Deringer LLP (Frankfurt am Main) successfully represented one of thelargest Ukrainian producers of fish and fish products in the LCIA arbitrationproceedings arising out of the ISDA Agreement against member of a leadingemerging markets investment bank in connection with a number of transactionsexecuted by it on behalf of the client.
Both teams also assisted the client in obtaining a freezing order inBermuda courts in support of the LCIA arbitration proceedings.
