Igor Svitlyk, Associate at Arzinger Law Office, was appointed Co-Chair of the Anticorruption Working Group at the American Chamber of Commerce in Ukraine. As Co-Chair Igor intends to direct the efforts of the Working Group to the further monitoring of the anti-corruption legislation, suggesting possible improvements for the ambiguous provisions in the regulatory documents and implementing best global practices in this sphere.

Igor Svitlyk supports international and domestic companies in the area of anticorruption compliance, develops and reviews anticorruption policies, drafts anticorruption clauses for contracts, advises on bringing internal corporate documents in line with requirements of the anticorruption laws, conducts personnel trainings etc. He is author of numerous publications on this subject.
