The litigation was complicated by the parties’ disputing the lawapplicable to contractual relations, including the limitation periods.Arzinger’s lawyers managed to convince the commercial court of applying theItalian law and the limitation period of 10 years and to provide appropriateand sufficient evidence to support the client’s case.
