On 28th of April, 2012, 60 employees of hotel InterContinental Kiev will join the local initiative “Let’s Make Ukraine Clean” by cleaning up the Peyzazhnaya Alley – one of the most popular leisure spots.

This project was organized as public initiative with the aim to improve the quality of life by taking a simple yet significant action. The participants of this action frown upon those that litter in the parks and streets yet don’t stop with their aim. They personally are ready make the country a cleaner place and already have succeeded! On 16th of April, 2011, over 22,000 Ukrainians joined the action by cleaning up the city’s streets

The project does not support any political parties and rather is a part of an international social project “Let’s Do It,” which aims to clear each city from waste. Today over 81 countries have joined this action!

Organizers of this event are activists of the “Let’s Do It” campaign, NGOs of JCI, “Freedom Area,” AIESEC, all-Ukrainian youth NGO “Foundation of Regional Initiatives,” “Plast,” Dytyachy Svit (Children’s World) Fund, Solar Energy Association, Street Workout and Social Advertising Marketplace
