On March 1, 2012 within the framework of the Arzinger Academy Project Timur Bondaryev gave lecture/master-class on the topic “Practical Aspects of Real Estate Transactions” at the International Relations Faculty of the Lviv Ivan Franko National University organized by Lviv Department of the UBA and Lviv community of the UBA League of Students.

Timur Bondaryev – Attorney-at-law, Managing Partner at Arzinger, Head of the firm’s Real Estate and Construction Practice – specializes on real estate and construction transactions, M&A deals, has expert knowledge of antirust and competition law, privatization and PPP issues.

During his speech Timur Bondaryev spoke about how the real estate market works, presented listeners with definition of the real estate, market trends, legal, tax and practical aspects of real estate investment. The audience was interested to learn about types of the real estate, special real estate market participants, notion of FM (facility management) company. Timur supported his speech with interesting cases from his own practice.  

At the end of the lecture Timur Bondaryev spoke about procedure for joint venture feasibility, its target structure, gave a step-by-step establishment and possible variants for development and explained peculiarities of a Shareholders’ Agreement.
