Sergiy Balchenko, Managing Partner of BDO in Ukraine spoke at II International Forum on INVESTMENT BANKING, which was held 23-26 April 2012 in Yalta (Ukraine, Crimea).

In the course of the dialogue participants in the Forum received a clear picture of changes in the market of investment banking, which allows more competent planning their strategy, as well as faster and more efficient responding to the needs and fluctuations of the market. Sergiy Balchenko on his part spoke about IPO as an alternative source of capital attraction, namely characteristics of an initial public offering on the stock exchange (IPO flotation), assessing the readiness of businesses for an IPO and IPO diagnostics.
