Markian Malskyy became arbitrator of Court of Arbitration at Nowy Tomyśl Chamber of Commerce

In June 2013 Markian Malskyy, Partner, Head of Alternative DisputeResolution practice and Arzinger's West Ukrainian Branch, Dr. Jur. as a resultof a positive decision by the Court Committee on his candidacy became thearbitrator of the Court of Arbitration at Nowy Tomyśl Chamber of Commerce (Nowy Tomyśl, Poland).

Markian is a recognized expert in international arbitration. He hasextensive experience in representing Ukrainian and international companies inarbitration proceedings in different jurisdictions, including all known globalarbitral institutions. He is also recommended as an arbitrator by a number ofinternational arbitration institutions, and is an Of Counsel of the Head ofLviv Regional State Administration for foreign economic activity. He wrote twobooks on commercial dispute resolution and has over 100 publications on legalissues. In 2012 Markian Malskyy obtained his doctoral degree (Dr. jur.) withthe thesis “Arbitration agreement as a condition for dispute resolution ininternational commercial arbitration” at the Kyiv National Taras ShevchenkoUniversity.
