In February 2012 Markian Malskyy, Head of West Ukrainian Branch of Arzinger Law Office, attorney-at-law, LL.M., MILE, Head of the Alternative Dispute Resolution Practice, has been appointed as Deputy Head of Legal of the ICC Ukraine Regional Representative Office in Lviv Region.

ICCUkraine is the first National Committee of the International Chamber of Commerce in CIS countries establishment of which was approved in 1998 with unanimous decision of the ICC World Council. There are only four such National Committees: in Ukraine, Lithuania, Russia, and Georgia.

The Ukrainian national committee comprises currently more than 200 big national companies and foreign investors representing the big business. Among them: Ukrtelecom, Ukrzaliznytsia, Industrial Union of Donbass, Kyivstar, sea and river ports, leading aviation companies, banks, insurance companies etc. Foreign investors: DecoMetal, Phillip Morris, Danieli, EuroFinance Ltd, Istil Ukraine etc. Currently, ICC Ukraine regional representative offices are opened in each region of Ukraine on the basis of strong commercial structures representing big and medium national business.  

Markian Malskiyy is Counsel to the Head of the Lviv Regional State Administration for foreign economic activity, Head of the Lviv Region Branch of the Ukrainian Bar Association, Deputy Head of the Board of Directors and Head of the Legislative Committee of the EBA West Ukrainian Branch in Lviv.
