In September 2013 Markian Malskyy, Partner at Arzinger Law Office, Head ofthe Branch Office in West Ukraine and ADR Practice was put on the list ofpotential arbitrators at the Kazakhstan International Arbitrate.The KazakhstanInternational Arbitrage is a permanent arbitration institute consideringdisputes not only according to the legislation of the Republicof Kazakhstan but according to the rules of law chosenby the parties to the arbitration as well.

The Kazakhstan International Arbitrage can act as arbitration courtand as international commercial arbitration; the proceduresof dispute consideration are the same. The delineationof competence between them is based on the residence: disputesbetween the residents are considered under the Law on arbitrationcourts; disputes between the parties, if at least one of them isa non-resident, are considered under the Law on internationalcommercial arbitration.
