Vasil Kisil & Partners is happy to announce the promotion of Natalia Dotsenko-Belous, lawyer with the real estate and construction practice of the firm, and Ivan Yurchenko, tax lawyer, to counselor positions. 

Natalia Dotsenko-Belous is an expert in land, construction and real estate law, as well as securities. A number of firm's clients have successfully implemented their construction projects using financial models designed by Natalia in order to raise funds for residential and commercial construction through bonds, options, certificates, funds financing the construction (FSF), funds of real estate transactions (VON) and discount bonds. Natalia has also authored "The Legal Encyclopaedia of Funding Construction Projects" and "Strategies for Construction Financing."
Mrs Dotsenko-Belous has been with Vasil Kisil & Partners since March 2008.

Ivan Yurchenko specializes in Ukrainian and international taxation, corporate restructurings, structuring M&A transactions, corporate governance and investment law. The "Ukrainian Law Firms (a Handbook for Foreign Clients)" continuously recommends Ivan as one of the leading experts on corporate restructuring, investment and tax matters.
