On November 25, 2011 Tetyana Kudrytska, attorney with Vasil Kisil and Partners Law Firm and a graduate of the National University of Kyiv-Mohyla Academy (NaUKMA) delivered a lecture on "Practical considerations of intellectual property rights protection," to master's program students of NaUKMA majoring in Economics.

Presenting her topic as part of the "Intellectual property and innovation" course Ms Kudrytska shared with students her observations on recent trends in the development of intellectual property rights in Ukraine, as well as the impact of these trends on the competitive environment and corporate marketing strategies.

During the lecture Tetyana and students discussed the most effective and feasible in today's market ways to protect intellectual property rights using examples of interesting violations of thereof.
