"Vasil Kisil & Partners" law firm is pleased to announce the appointment of Alexei Sluch as Counsellor of its dispute resolution practice. This promotion was the result of the successful implementation of the sustainable development strategy of this practice at VKP.

At this point the practice has six partners, but the growing number of clients and mandates dictates the need to strengthen the team and expand the number of counsellors.

Mr Sluch has been with "Vasil Kisil & Partners" since 2005. Alexei specializes in national and international litigation. He has a proven track-record of handling banking and finance disputes, corporate disputes, disputes regarding securities, property rights, privatization, consumer protection and regulatory disputes. He also has a wealth of experience representing the interests of the leading national and international banking and financial institutions, energy and natural resources companies, agricultural producers and real estate developers.

In addition, as part of VKP's strategic staff development three associates were promoted to senior level:
