Oksana Voynarovska Addresses the Specifics of Labour and Employment Regulation in Ukraine for Hewlett Packard

On May 30, 2014, Oksana Voynarovska,Partner and Head of the Labour and Employment Group at Vasil Kisil &Partners who represents the firm at the international association ofexperts in the field of labour and employment Ius Laboris as an experton Ukraine participated in an innovative learning event, an internationalonline conference organized by Hewlett Packard for their HR-directorsfrom various countries where the company operates. This session was devoted toemployment peculiarities of Central and Eastern Europe. The webinar alsofeatured experts from the Czech Republic and Poland, members of Ius Laboris. 

Oksana Voynarovska gave detailed explanations of the role of the state with regards tointeraction between companies and employees, typical labor relations structure,Unions, Works Councils, Employee forums etc. The audience seemed to beparticularly concerned with trends of labour relations management that othermajor international companies working in Ukraine face.
