Olga Vorozhbyt included in GIR Top 100 Women in Investigations 2015

Olga Vorozhbyt, a dispute resolution andcompliance partner at CMS Ukraine, has been named in Global InvestigationReview’s (GIR) ‘Top 100 Women in Investigations 2015’ special report. Olga is theonly Ukrainian lawyer listed in this edition.
This is GIR`s first-ever Women inInvestigations special, which recognises 100 remarkable women in the professionfrom around the world. All of these women are achieving great things in acompetitive and notoriously tough area of law.
Olga’s expertise includes major fraudinvestigations, corruption and regulatory breaches. She advises foreign andlocal clients on compliance-related matters including internal and externalFCPA-driven investigations, as well the mitigation of violations of the U.S.Foreign Corrupt Practices Act and the UK Bribery Act in Ukraine. Olga haswide-ranging experience in dispute resolution, including pre-trial settlements,representation of clients in Ukrainian courts, as well as in arbitrationproceedings both in Ukraine and abroad.
