Alla Savchenko commented: "There are big problems in Ukraine in area of education... That is why we are trying to bring our expertise to theoretical studies: students solve real practical cases, we encourage them by cash prizes, give relevant and high quality tutorials for students and university departments communicate with lecturers, take students to practice in the company."

Talking about environmental responsibility, Alla Savchenko noted the developed and implemented the Green office concept. It is targeted to increase the efficient use of resources (energy, water, paper) as well as reducing the impact on the environment. More to that the "Green Team" takes part in various community initiatives.
