You are invited to attend Vasil Kisil & Partners' press breakfast dedicated to mobile carriers’ pricing policies, which will be held on July 26, 2012 in the office of the firm beginning at 09:00 am. Working language will be Russian.

The event will conducted by Anna Babych, a partner with firm's Telecommunications, Media and Technology Group and Mariya Nizhnik, a partner with Antitrust Practice of the firm.

7. Establishment of the universal fund for service providers and consumers – would it be a factor contributing to price increase?
