Yulia Kyrpa, Partner with VKP's Banking and Finance Practice, was among the invited speakers of Banking M&A: Owner's Guide Conference (Forbes Conferences), which took place on March 12, 2013, at Fairmont Grand Hotel in Kyiv. 

The conference was attended by leading bank executives, regulators and experts in the field of bank mergers and acquisitions.
