PwC Establishes PricewaterhouseCoopers Legal Attorneys Association

Kyiv,5 February 2015 - PwC Ukraine is pleased to announce that the firm’slegal team has become PricewaterhouseCoopers Legal Attorneys Association. Thischange will expand the range of services provided and allow the firm to addresscurrent challenges in the Ukrainian market more effectively andcomprehensively.    

PricewaterhouseCoopers Legal provides integrated legalsupport in the areas such as corporate law, labour law, banking and financiallaw, criminal law, antitrust law, taxation, and dispute resolution. 

The Association comprises highly skilled attorneys withlong track records, deep knowledge of national and international laws andprofound understanding of the market. The Association is led by AndreyPronchenko, a PwC Director. Commenting on the establishment of the Association,Andrey said, “This is a strategic stepfor PwC. As an attorneys association, we will be able to find effectivesolutions for our clients in a more prompt and professional manner. We stronglybelieve that this change will add momentum to our firm’s growth.”
