TheLaw of Ukraine “On performance of justice and criminal proceedings due to theexecution of the anti-terrorist operation” was signed by the President ofUkraine*

In accordance with provisions ofthis Law, cases being considered by courts, which are located within theanti-terrorist operation zone, will be transferred to other courts upon thedecision of the Heads of the highest specialised courts of Ukraine. 

The investigative jurisdiction for crimes committed within such territory willbe defined by the Chief State Prosecutor of Ukraine.
