Salans advises CHS Inc. in buying Agri Point Limited

1 February 2011, Kyiv: Salans assists US giant CHS Inc. (Nasdaq: CHSCP) in acquiring the majority stake in Agri Point Limited, a company that operates the Silotrans grain storage business at the Port of Constanta in Romania.
