On November 10, Vasil Kisil & Partners’ Counsellor Oleksandr Mamunya delivered a lecture on "Legal Practice in Intellectual Property" to fourth-year students of the Kyiv National Economic University named after Vadym Hetman within the Club of interesting meetings, which operates at the Law Faculty of the University.

Oleksandr began his lecture with an overview of the objects of intellectual property (IP), focusing in detail on the meaning of each of them in the work of a lawyer practicing in the field of IP rights.

Mr. Mamunya also described the peculiarities of legal services in intellectual property, and discussed with students some interesting examples of violations of intellectual property rights.

Responding to questions from the interested audience, Oleksandr noted that the key to a good practice, in particular, is fundamental theoretical knowledge, and therefore urged the students' to make the best use of their time at the university to obtain such knowledge.
