The Global Outsourcing 100 for service providers is composed of both today’s known leaders and tomorrow’s rising stars. The judging category of Leader or Rising Star is based on size criteria, which is a combination of yearly revenue and employee numbers set by the judging panel. 
The final ranked list is composed of the top 75 Leaders and top 25 Rising Stars. The evaluation criteria is weighted to ensure that small to mid-size companies have as much of a chance to be selected as a large, recognized name.
