Considerable funds have been expended to improve the stock-breeding pigsty complex.

In the end of 2008 The creation of a horse-breeding farm was started in 2008.  Presently there are 37 horses, specialization – thorough-bred saddle horses. In 2012 at the Lviv race-course three horses participated in the races.

The development of fish-breeding and fishing have been started and for these purposes ponds are being built. The preparatory period is started to found an apiary of industrial scale. A site is being chosen for the construction of the poultry farm.

The firm is pursuing the course of vertical integration of the entire production – from the grain production, fodder, and stock-breeding production up to their processing and commercial realization. The firm has a great potential of grain yield and stock-raising production increasing. There is a possibility to set up stock-breeding complexes in the six large villages located in the firm’s operational territory.

SOCIALLY DIRECTED BUSINESS

The agricultural firm is a social-directed business. Simultaneously with pursuing the most modern agricultural technology the firm entirely supports villagers’ private farming, financially supports the social sphere of villages such as culture and sports.  A program is being developed to buy, process and sell the production from the villagers' in the larger towns.  Processing plants and retail shops in towns are planned to be built, for these purposes the farm needs business partners. These villages are in great need of processing shops, especially for milk production.
