Bishop Borys Gudziak, rector of the Ukrainian Catholic University (UCU), was enthroned as apostolic exarch for Ukrainian Catholics of France, Switzerland, and the Benelux countries during a ceremony held at Notre Dame Cathedral in Paris on December 2. His Beatitude Sviatoslav Shevchuk, head of the Ukrainian Catholic Church, presided at the Divine Liturgy.
