UIA carried marmosets and capuchin monkeys from New York to Kiev

Friday, June 13, 2014, 66 monkeys born in the Co-operative Republic of Guyana were transported on Ukraine InternationalAirlines flight PS 232 from New York to Kiev. Transportationof these animals was carried out under the UIA Professional Cargo Solutionsprogram.
Having arrived to Kiev at 5:20 p.m. local time, the animals weretransported to their new habitat at Yalta Zoo Skazka – the first and largestprivate zoo in the CIS countries.
Professional transportation of wild and exotic animals is a part of thefreight portfolio of Ukraine International Airlines, which has long beencooperating with zoological nurseries around the world supporting their effortsto preserve endangered species.
