UIA entered TOP 10 Ukraine`s Most Attractive Employers 2015

Following theresults of the survey conducted by Universum international research consultancy and HeadHunterUkraine international HR portal, Ukraine International Airlines was recognizedone of TOP 10 Ukraine`s Most Attractive Employers 2015 Business/Commerce.
The data from the2015 Universum Student and Business Professional Surveys was collected betweenSeptember 2014 and February 2015. The survey results are based on the responsesof over 3000 undergraduate students and over 12000 business professionals. Thesurvey aims at defining employers most selected as Ideal by respondents. The results of UniversumSurvey reveal how Ukrainian students and business professionals perceiveemployers, why they prefer specific employers and what their job expectationsand preferences are.
According to theStudent Survey, in 2015 UIA improved its positions and came the 6th best (the 9th best in 2014) yielding to suchlarge international companies as Google, Microsoft, L`Oreal Group, Nestle andPhilip Morris International only. Business professionals perceive UIA as the 7th best Ukraine`s employer.
