UIA guarantees ticket refund in case of visa refusal

To minimizefinancial losses that passengers might suffer, Ukraine International informs onintroducing full ticket refund guarantee in case of visa refusal. 

Full refund appliesfor fares originating Ukraine and is subject to the following conditions:

 ·        Refund request is submitted no later than 3 daysprior to scheduled departure;

·        Visa refusal country matches fare destinationpoint or stop-over/transfer point;

·        Official visa refusal confirmation is provided.

 UIA accepts bothofficial letters issued by embassies and consulates, as well as unclassifiedvisa stamp in the passport.

 In case of visarefusal a passenger should contact the ticket issuer, apply for the refund,provide a copy of official visa refusal confirmation, and get full ticketrefund. The ticket issuance fee is non-refundable.
