UIA makes a Personal Offer

UkraineInternational implements the 2015 Personal Offer complex marketing programdesigned to render passenger-friendly services, to personify offers, and toprovide passengers with the widest variety of travel opportunities and bestdeals. 

As part of theprogram UIA currently provides: 

·        Personal offers subject to a passenger`spreferences and requirements;

·        Birthday discounts for the b-day person and thecompanions (up to 5 passengers);

·        Special discounts for the second and thefollowing trips with UIA;

·        Special fares within the Trip Planner project;

·        Special offers for groups and corporate clients.

The spectrum ofpersonal offers depends on the data provided by a passenger (preferences,hobbies, family, travel destinations, etc). 

Panorama Clubmembers join the Personal Offer program automatically. 

UIA has recentlyoffered the new Business Pass service designed to meet the demand of those whooften fly within Ukraine. The Business Pass allows getting best fares for OpenDate tickets booked in advance. 

In 2015 UIA willprovide passengers with the opportunity to manage their booking via UserProfile. Moreover, the carrier plans to start using web-chat for communicationswith passengers.
