On 14th June 2012 the International Legal Alliance Summit & Awards gathered 550 managing partners, General Counsels and leading professionals of the legal field from over 50 countries to celebrate the best performing law firms of the world.

Vasil Kisil & Partners have been named the Ukraine’s silver winner in the category Best Central & Eastern European Law Firm according to the International Legal Awards, which recognized the best independent law firms from their domestic markets and countries within 26 categories.

The process to elect the best firms began 6 months prior to the event and engaged a panel of 145 jury members composed of exclusively active General Counsels with extensive expertise in their respective markets and countries. The nomination process was based on suggestions made by the jury and international rankings. In order to establish the winners, the nominated firms filled in a submission document, which was presented to the jury that noted the firms and decided the winners.
