VKP`s team advised Pioneer Hi-Bred on land acquisition and corporate structuring of the project and on various regulatory and compliance matters throughout the design and approval procedures. During the project the lawyers drafted and negotiated several project-related agreements, including the design agreement, author’s supervision agreement, and electricity supply agreement in addition to the definitive general contractor agreement with Etual construction firm.
