On 30 October 2013 the shareholders of PJSC “Fidocombank” and PJSC “Fidobank”approved the accession of PJSC “Fidocombank” to PJSC “Fidobank” (two bankscontrolled by Ukrainian investor Oleksandr Adarich) as a branch. The accessionwas performed within the course of the integration process commenced afteracquisition by the group of companies controlled by Oleksandr Adarich of PJSC“Fidocombank” (former JSC “Erste Bank”). Full legal completion of the accessionprocess is expected in the first half of 2014.
