In 2012 PJSC UKRSOTSBANK signed the Facility Agreement for granting a UAH 120 million loan facility to LLC Trading House “UKRAGROPROM”, collateral documents, as well as the Subordination Agreement on subordinating the claims of a foreign creditor towards the claims of PJSC UKRSOTSBANK to LLC Trading House “UKRAGROPROM” under the above Facility Agreement.

LLC Trading House “UKRAGROPROM” is a rapidly developing company, mainly focused on seed production, implementation of agricultural technologies and corn trading.

Vasil Kisil & Partners acted as a legal adviser to PJSC UKRSOTSBANK in this matter, which included reviewing the transaction documents and issuance of the legal opinion in relation to these documents.
