On May 17, 2013 at 5.00 – 6.00 PM VKP’s Partner Oksana Voynarovska will hold a webinar “Labour disputes, their causes, preventative remedial devices and resolution options”.

• Peculiarities of reinforcing judgments for reinstatement;
• Novelties of the new Labour Code draft concerning employment termination and appealing it in court.
