On 18-19 April Oksana Voynarovska took part in the IBA Employment and Discrimination Law Conference presented by the IBA Employment and Industrial Relations Committee and the IBA Discrimination and Equality Law Committee, supported by the IBA European Regional Forum. The conference focused on globalisation and technology shifts pushing the labour agenda.
The main topics covered during the conference included:

- The evolving stakeholders role of trade/labour unions in the modern global workplace

Employment lawyers, human resources professionals, lawyers working for government organisations and in-house counsel involved in advising labour disputes attended the event in Amsterdam, The Netherlands.
