On April 10, 2014, Kyiv hosted an International Tax Forum, organized by the Yuridicheskaya Praktika Weeklyin conjunction with the Public Council under the Ministry of Revenue and Dutiesof Ukraine. 

Country’s leading tax experts, judges of the SupremeCourt of Ukraine, the Supreme Administrative Court of Ukraine, officers of theMinistry of Revenue and Duties of Ukraine, members of the Ukrainian andinternational business associations, academics, partners of leading law firms,senior managers and corporate in-house lawyers gathered to address pressing taxlaw issues.

Event’s program featured the following hot topics: 

•           Internationaltax trends and their implications for business.

•           Internationaltax planning through the prism of new mechanisms to combat offshore.

•           Thepractice of transfer pricing in Ukraine.

•           Prosand cons of determining customs value for the foreign representative offices.

•           Protectionof assets from tax audits and prosecutions.

•           Judicialpractice issues relevant for tax disputes.
