Volodymyr Yaremko spoke at the Adam Smith Conference – Private Client: Russia & CIS in London

Arzinger's international litigation and arbitration lawyer, VolodymyrYaremko, spoke at the Adam Smith Conference – Private Client: Russia & CIS,which took place in London on 8-10 October 2013.

Volodymyr took part in the panel discussions on challenges ofmulti-jurisdictional dispute and enforcement of English court judgments andarbitral awards in CIS countries. At the second day of the event Volodymyr alsowas invited to comment on the presentation of Dr. Yuri Rapoport's on what legalhelp do Russian/CIS private clients typically require; how to meet theserequirements in the most efficient way and how to optimise the system of legalfees and what can be the role of "law brokers" here.

Private Client: Russia & CIS 2013 was widely attended by participantsfrom different countries. The following issues were discussed at the event:shift to new structures and jurisdictions, requirements for more transparencyand information sharing, legal disputes and litigations, family offices,investments and asset management, private banking, luxury lifestyle etc.

Volodymyr Yaremko has substantial experience and specializes in thesettlement of disputes in the national courts, as well as under the proceduresof international commercial and investment arbitration. Volodymyr hasexperience in disputes associated with foreign trade activities, real estateand construction, telecommunications and agriculture.
