On 2 November 2013 Arzinger's lawyer,Yaremko Volodymyr, spoke at the 3rd International Seminar on Mediation in Lvivorganized by ELSA Lviv.

Volodymyr made a presentation"Mediation in Commercial Cases" within which described therequirements of professional mediator, peculiarities of mediation in commercialcases and shared his view on development of mediation in Ukraine. 

Volodymyr has substantial experience andspecializes in the settlement of disputes in the national courts, as well asunder the procedures of international commercial and investment arbitration.Volodymyr has experience in disputes associated with foreign trade activities,real estate and construction, telecommunications and agriculture. Extensiveexperience in dealing with cases involving debt collection, execution of saleand delivery contracts and corporate disputes.
