Vasil Kisil & Partners is named once again among the best tax advisors in Ukraine according to the international research World Tax 2014 published at the beginning of January 2014.

The publishers particularly highlight professional accomplishments of Denis Lysenko, Partner and Head of Taxation, working across the full spectrum of tax advisory work with a particular strength in mergers and acquisitions and other corporate restructuring work. The publication notes that last year Vasil Kisil & Partners represented Imperial Tobacco Ukraine, the subsidiary of the international tobacco company in a dispute with the tax authorities regarding alleged violation of Ukrainian laws on the licensing of the wholesale trade of tobacco products.
