USUBC is very fortunate to have this unique opportunity for members to meet with Oleksandr Danyliuk -Minister of Finance of Ukraine, on Wednesday, July 27, from 4:45 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. USUBC members had a very productive and informative meeting with Minister Danyliuk in Washington D.C. in June.

NOTE:  TAXES, CUSTOMS, FISCAL SERVICE REFORMS- Minister Danyliuk will make a presentation about possible options for tax, customs, state fiscal service and tax administration reforms that could be recommended and launched this fall by the Ministry of Finance in Ukraine.

BIO: Oleksandr Danyliuk -Minister of Finance of Ukraine

Mr. Danyliuk is a graduate of the National Technical University “Kyiv Polytechnical Institute” (1998). He also attended Kyiv Institute for Investment Management (1995) as well as Indiana University Kelly School of Business (MBA, 2001).

From 1995 till 1998 he held different posts at a number of investment companies. In 2001 and 2002 Mr. Danyliuk was the vice-president of Avechurs company (Kyiv).

For three years (2002-2005) Mr. Danyliuk had been a senior consultant at McKinsey and Co. In London, Great Britain. From 2006 till 2010 he was the CEO of the investment company “Rurik Investment” (London, Great Britain).

From 2010 till 2015 Mr. Danyliuk was the head of the Coordination Centre for the Implementation of Economic Reforms (Kyiv). Till April 14, 2016, he had been the Deputy Head of the Administration of the President of Ukraine (since September 25, 2015) and the representative of the President in the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine (since July 17, 2014). Minister of Finance is fluent in five languages.
